    Yes, you can. Your billing cycle is based on the date/month of joining.

  • How can I cover a missed class?

  • You get up to 15 days to cover a missed class by dropping in any other batch.

  • Can I freeze my classes for a longer duration?

    Yes, you can freeze a class for two or more days if you’re going on a holiday break or have any health concerns. However, this can be done only once in three months, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.

  • Can I transfer my missed classes to someone else?

    Unfortunately, no! Only the billed customer can cover one or more missed classes.

  • Can I attend alternate days or selected days in a month?

    Yes, you can. However, for such a pattern - you will be charged as per the daily drop-in rate.
