In Dance Fusion Fitness class, we create a unique and invigorating exercise experience! It is a dynamic blend of various movement styles like Contemporary, Jazz, African, Modern, and Bollywood, designed to engage both body and mind, providing a fun approach to fitness.

Contemporary & Modern Dance (kids)

This class is an inspiring journey into the world of expressive movement and creativity! Our class is designed to introduce young dancers to the beauty and fluidity of contemporary and modern dance forms in a nurturing and imaginative environment to explore possibilities.

Batch 1 (3-7 yrs): Tu & Th (4:30 to 5:30 pm)

Contemporary Dance

This choreography class (will immerse you in contemporary dance by focusing on refining techniques - from intricate floor work to dynamic lifts, giving you the tools to express yourself with unparalleled grace and strength.

Mindfulness Through Dance Movement

This is a weekend movement retreat for those interested in using dance to elevate mental fitness. Find your own dance language, release stress, tension, and anxiety, and build yourself up for the week.

Gymnastic Routines (kids)

Our dynamic gymnastics program is designed exclusively for kids at Dance Nirvana. It is a vibrant and energetic experience crafted to instill a love for movement, build strength, and foster a sense of joy in physical activity.
